A song for the documentary about Tadeusz Kosciuszko has been recorded at the SBS studios in Sydney.
Adam Wasiel (a violinist, singer, and the founder and director of the Adria Nostalgia ensemble) and the soprano Maja Kedziora (also the head of the Rainbow Choir) lent their voices for the musical number.
Jonathan Hochman, an operator at SBS, recorded the piece, while two members of Kosciuszko Heritage – Ernestyna Skurjat-Kozek (the director of the documentary) and Andrzej Kozek – oversaw the recording session.
The song is titled Lullaby for the General, and was written by Ernestyna, with music arranged by Josef Miller, a Melbourne-based composer.
