Monero Ngarigo elders, traditional custodians of Mt Kosciuszko, along with members of the Djinama Yiliga Choir toured Poland in the footsteps of P.E. Strzelecki on the 150th anniversary of his death. The trip took place in May 2023. A day after the first performance on Kosciuszko Mound in Kraków, some members of the delegation (inc. Jannice Luland & Sharlene Cruickshand) dashed off to visit the Auschwitz German Nazi Camp.
